LEXINGTON, Ky. ( FOX 56 ) — An arrest has been made in a high-profile shooting in Lexington .
On March 8, 17-year-old Kenlon Johnson was shot to death. The investigation went on for months, with Bluegrass Crime Stoppers even offering a reward in May for information related to the case.

Johnson was shot around 3:39 a.m. on Rockaway Place and was later pronounced dead at the UK Hospital.
On Thursday, the Lexington Police Department announced someone had been arrested in connection to the case.
Reportedly the department’s Real-Time Intelligence Center, including the Fusus platform and Flock Safety license plate readers, was able to identify 19-year-old Jon’tay Mattingly as a suspect in the case.
