PHOENIX (AZFamily) – Construction projects will shut down several major freeways, affecting drivers who are planning to travel to and from the East Valley this weekend. According to the Arizona Department of Transportation, part of the US 60, Loop 202 (Red Mountain and Santan) and I-17 will be closed as crews continue improvement projects.
