HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — Eyewitness News Sales Associate Megan Belcher celebrated Halloween in style with a costume that cracked up Shelley Kirk on air.
She dressed in Wayne’s iconic suit and tie and completed the costume with a greenscreen.
