Victims Speak Out and Experts Ignored
In this third installment on Jessica St. Clair and the Orange County family court, we examine the harrowing case of Parent F and Child F, a disturbing example of systemic dysfunction. Their ordeal highlights a pattern of miseducation, false credentials, defamation, manipulation, and institutional failure within the family court system. Instead of addressing the issues at hand, St. Clair—along with collaborators like licensed family therapist Stacey White Kinney and certain OC family court judges—prolonged proceedings, caused severe financial hardship, relied on court appointed professionals with inferior credentials over experts, hearsay over evidence, and caused irreparable harm by separating children from safe, loving parents.
Before continuing, readers are encouraged to review Part One and Part Two.
In April, St. Clair abruptly withdrew from all her family law cases (see related article). Shortly after, it was revealed that she had misled the courts by falsely claiming to hold a Ph.D. (see article and documents here). St. Clair has been linked to a network of mental health professionals and minors’ counsels working to “reunify” children with abusive parents, while unjustly separating them from protective ones in Orange County family court cases.
