Young Thug’s Father Slams ‘Poisonous’ Fulton County DA’s Office; Reacts To Son Copping A Plea In RICO Case And Son’s 10-Year Ban From Metro Atlanta: ‘I’m Totally Against It And Offended’

Jeffery Williams Sr. , the father of Atlanta rapper Young Thug , is slams the “poisonous” Fulton County DA’s office and reacts to his son copping a plea deal in his RICO case and getting hit with a 10-year ban from Metro Atlanta.

As we previously shared earlier today (October 31), Young Thug, born Jeffery Lamar Williams, pleaded no contest to two counts: conspiracy to violate Georgia’s Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act and participation in criminal street gang activity. He also pleaded guilty to six other counts related to drug possession and firearm violations. Young Thug took “full responsibility” for his crimes and apologized to his family and friends.

Speaking to Fulton County Superior Court Judge Paige Reese Whitaker , Thug said, “I am a good guy, and I really got a good heart. I find myself in a lot of stuff because I was just nice or cool, you know, and I understand that you can’t be that way when you reach a certain height because it could end bad. I hope you allow me to go home and do the right thing.”
