An officer with the Two Rivers Police Department is being recognized for an impressive milestone. Lieutenant Karen Elsenpeter is celebrating 30 years on the force in Two Rivers. Elsenpeter joined the Two Rivers Police Department in 1993 in a part-time role and became a full-time officer in October of 1994.
