INDIANAPOLIS – Indianapolis police have arrested a man on a preliminary charge of murder, for a deadly shooting inside a plasma center on the east side of Indianapolis. 28-year-old Joshua Jones was shot and killed on Oct. 29, inside the plasma center in the 3600 block of North Post Road, near 36th street.
