COLUMBUS, Ga. – Cherokee Bluff moved into the semifinals of the Class 3A state softball tournament on Friday at the Olympic Softball Complex. The Lady Bears beat Pickens 9-1 in the loser’s bracket of the double-elimination format to advance. They will take on the the loser of the Monroe Area-Heritage-Catoosa matchup on Saturday at 11 a.m..
