HONOLULU (Island News) – Another mom-and-pop store on Oahu is struggling to stay afloat. Shimazu Store, famous for its shave ice, said sales are way down. The owner says this coincides with the closure of Foodland Liliha. Both stores are on School Street. Foodland was the anchor tenant, and Shimazu Store was just half a block away.
