Mother accused of killing Baby Moses appears in court. The mother accused of killing her one-day-old baby in Albany 27 years ago was back in court on Friday. Keri Mazzuca is facing murder charges related to the death of her newborn. She is also charged with concealment of a human corpse and tampering with physical evidence. The baby came to be known as Baby Moses. The child was found in Washington Park back in September of 1997.
