A son, father, uncle, brother, husband, friend, and coach, these were all hats Sei wore throughout his 85 years on this earth. His parents, Reverend Giichi and Yukiko Miyano established the first Tenrikyo Mission Church in the U.S. in 1934 in East L.A. and Sei was born in 1939 in Boyle Heights.
