Zelenskyy urges West to allow Ukraine to strike North Korean troops in Russia

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has urged Western allies to provide Ukraine with long-range weapons. He claims Ukraine has identified locations where North Korean troops are gathering in Russia.

Zelenskyy believes Ukraine could strike these troops “preemptively” with long-range weapons. He criticized Western countries for “watching” and not providing the necessary support.

The US and Germany have been hesitant to approve such strikes, fearing escalation. However, the UK and France have reportedly pushed for their allowance.

North Korea has recently tested a powerful ballistic missile, raising concerns about its growing capabilities. US officials have reported that around 8,000 North Korean troops are present in Russia and may soon enter the conflict.

Zelenskyy has expressed frustration that the world is not doing enough to address the threat posed by North Korea. He called on the West to take action before it’s too late.
