A new wine bar and retail store that has opened in downtown Opelika hopes to bring something new to the area. Santé at 113 S. 9th St. strives to offer customers a relaxing environment to drink a variety of wines or purchase them by the bottle. For owners Chris Tomlinson and Matt Poirier, the opening of Santé was about putting together everything that they enjoy about wine into one place.
