Missing child alert issued for 15-year-old Florida girl

LIGHTHOUSE POINT, Fla. (WFLA) — A 15-year-old girl from South Florida is missing, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement announced Sunday.

Leilani Gonzalez, a white-Hispanic girl teen, was last seen in the area of the 3000 block of Northeast 48th Street in Lighthouse Point, just north of Pompano Beach.

Gonzalez is 5 feet tall, weighs 110 pounds, with brown eyes. She has curly, black and purple hair that is medium length.

She was wearing a black tube top, black shorts with black stockings, and black boots.

Anyone with information on the teen’s whereabouts is asked to call Lighthouse Point police at 954-942-8080 or 911.
