Fugitive wanted for murder in Minnesota arrested in Wisconsin

A fugitive wanted for murder in Minnesota was arrested in Wisconsin Saturday, officials say.

According to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office, law enforcement conducted an arrest operation at an apartment in rural Balsam Lake at around 1:30 p.m.

During the operation, law enforcement arrested 32-year-old Jack Guy.

Guy had a warrant issued for his arrest for second-degree murder in Hennepin County, according to the sheriff’s office.

Guy was taken to the Polk County Jail, where he awaits extradition.
