PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — A late night fire in Portsmouth has left several people displaced.
Just before 10:30 p.m. Saturday, emergency dispatch received a call about a fire at a duplex on the 1900 block of Deep Creek Boulevard.
Crews arrived on the scene and aggressively attacked the fire with handlines. The fire was brought under control around 1 a.m.
An investigation is underway to determine the cause of the fire.
