Police investigate gasoline theft in Evansville

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — Evansville Police are investigating a theft report after a company’s gasoline was siphoned out of their business vehicles.

This happened sometime between Friday night and Monday morning.

Police say the reporter has had issues with thieves siphoning gasoline from company vehicles at night.

When officers arrived on scene, the reporter showed them a gas can that was sitting near the vehicle with a clear hose attached to it.

The reporter says the vehicle that was most recently stolen from was missing approximately 10 gallons of gasoline.
