Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded to a collision at Bel Pre Rd and Chesterfield Rd in Aspen Hill early Sunday morning, November 3. According to MCFRS Chief Spokesperson Pete Piringer, the incident involved a vehicle colliding with a parked truck. Firefighters worked to extricate a pinned passenger, while the driver self-extricated and left the scene. Emergency services are currently evaluating a trauma patient, and some lanes remain blocked as of 6 a.m.
