FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — A very active weather pattern is underway and it looks to bring the potential for significant severe weather and flash flooding. Let’s take you through all the latest severe weather risks, hazards, and timing over the next two days.
Tonight Into Early Monday Morning:
A large weather system is expected to bring multiple rounds of thunderstorms this evening continuing into the morning hours on Monday. The Storm Prediction Center has issued an Enhanced Risk (level 3 out of 5) for Eastern OK into parts of the River Valley for this evening into the early morning hours Monday. Storms could contain a few isolated tornadoes, damaging winds and some marginally severe hail. The timing of the storms looks to be most likely between 8 PM Sunday until 2 AM CST Monday.
