Thick clouds of smoke billowed into the sky over Norfolk after multiple vehicles went up in flames.
Norfolk Fire-Rescue said it happened around 1:30 Sunday afternoon in the Dollar Tree parking lot on W. 21st Street.
No one was hurt, fire officials said.
The fire department said an investigation is underway.
