SACRAMENTO, Calif. – A man was shot and killed in the Upper Land Park neighborhood of Sacramento Sunday afternoon. According to Sacramento Police Department, the shooting was reported just before 1:30 p.m. in the area of Kit Carson Street and Revere Street.
