The Sarasota Memorial Healthcare Foundation has promoted Patrick McQuillan to vice president of strategic philanthropy. In his new role, McQuillan will be responsible for strategic planning, program development and philanthropic initiatives related to principal and major gifts, according to a statement. He was previously director of development and strategic initiatives, for the foundation, which is the philanthropic partner for the Sarasota Memorial Health Care System.
