Following a wild, Stranger Things-themed Halloween bash in St. Petersburg, FL, Goose descended on St. Augustine Amphitheatre for a two-night stand that kept the magic going. Friday’s show kicked things off with “Hot Love & The Lazy Poet”, setting a mellow, groove-laden mood that would carry through the night. Next came “Butterflies” and “California Magic”, a pair of tunes highlighting the band’s ability to seamlessly shift between dreamy and upbeat vibes. The set took a literary turn with “I’m Writing A Novel”, a Father John Misty cover, followed by “One In, One Out”, which dissolved into a playful take on Devo’s “Whip It”.
