HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — An Evansville woman is facing an Intimidation with a Deadly Weapon charge after police say she was pointing a gun at her neighbor, which turned out to be an “Orbeez” gun.
Authorities say at Saturday night around 6:55 p.m., Crystal Newton-Henderson approached her neighbor and her daughter with a “black handgun with a barrel.”
Newton-Henderson claimed her neighbor was having sexual relations with her husband.
It is said she fired off a few shots towards the neighbor’s direction however, none of them struck.
When police arrived, Newton-Henderson admitted she “had been drinking a bit tonight.”
She was taken into custody and booked in the Vanderburgh County Jail.
