CINCINNATI – The U.S. Senate Race in Ohio could tip the scales in Congress and the candidates are spending some of the last days of their campaign in southwest Ohio. Sherrod Brown, the Democratic incumbent, and Bernie Moreno, the Republican challenger, are ramping up their campaign stops as polls show them in a dead heat.
