SACRAMENTO, Calif. – A slightly windy Monday is expected in Northern California ahead of Election Day this Tuesday. Meteorologist Tamara Berg said Monday’s forecast high for downtown Sacramento is 72 degrees, a slight increase from 69 degrees recorded Sunday. The average for this time of year is 70 degrees.
