DENVER (KDVR) — On Nov. 1 around 7 p.m. the Loveland Emergency Communication Center received a call from a daughter to perform a welfare check for her mother after she had not been able to contact her, the Loveland Police Department announced in a post on Facebook.
When Loveland police arrived at the mother’s home, they discovered a man inside. Officers attempted to have the man exit the house and speak with them before noticing a woman on the floor in the home.
Officers entered the home and placed the man into custody. They confirmed the woman on the ground was dead.

The man from the incident was identified as Michael Fuller, 30.
Fuller was charged with:
- First-degree murder
- Tampering with physical evidence
- Violation of a protection order
Fuller was also recently arrested on Oct. 9 when Loveland police received a call from a woman about a man threatening her in Namaqua Park the Loveland Police Department announced in a press release.
