A 24-year-old man attacked his stepfather from behind and stabbed him at least 10 times Sunday inside a Lower Paxton Township apartment, police said. Dionte Payne was charged on Sunday with attempted homicide in connection to the Sunday morning stabbing on the 300 block of Ringneck Drive, according to an affidavit of probable cause.
