(WJAR) – School leaders will celebrate on Monday with a groundbreaking of the new Mary Fogarty Pre-K to 8 Campus. The new campus on Oxford Street in Providence is part of a Providence Public School District initiative to upgrade schools to “like-new,” according to a release from the district.
