OUTAGAMIE COUNTY (WLUK) — Dirty diapers are not recyclable. That’s the message officials are hoping to instill in Northeast Wisconsin residents. “At the Tri-County Recycling facility, we face a serious problem,” Outagamie County Recycling and Solid Waste wrote in a Facebook post Friday. “People mistakenly placing dirty diapers in their recycling bins.”
