MOBILE, Ala. ( WKRG ) — The Mobile Police Department is investigating after a vehicle was struck by gunfire near Knollwood Apartments, across the street from Medal of Honor Park, over the weekend.
According to a department news release, officers responded to the 1675 block of Knollwood Drive around 3 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 2, for reports of shots fired.

INCIDENT LOCATION:
Police said they arrived and found that an unoccupied vehicle was struck by gunfire.
No injuries were reported in the incident. MPD said this is an active investigation.
