Crews were called to a brush fire along the north side of the railroad tracks near 1500 Nagel Road in Lawrence Park.
Calls came in for the fire a little after 12:30 a.m. on Monday.
That fire spanned a large area along the tracks, causing the railroad to be closed.
Crews returned back to the scene at about 7 a.m. as another fire was found on the south side of the tracks.
The cause of both fires is unknown, and an investigation continues.
