AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office is seeking a man for questioning in connection with a murder on Halloween. The Richmond County Coroner’s Office says the body of 59-year-old Michael Whitfield, of Augusta, was found Thursday morning at Elliot Park in the 2000 block of Lumpkin Road.
