(AP/WJW) – Election Day is here. Voters are heading to the polls to cast their ballots in one of the nation’s most historic presidential races. They’ll also determine which party will control the House and Senate.

The Ohio Secretary of State’s office reported more than 2.5 million Ohioans voted early this presidential election. In Cuyahoga County, a new record of 63,000 early in-person voters was set, eclipsing the previous record of 54,000 set in 2008. County officials predict about 400,000 people could turn out to vote in-person today.
