MADISON, Wis. (WBAY) – The Madison-based 115th Fighter Wing is conducting training during the afternoon and night this week. The Air National Guard unit says it shifted its typical daytime training so that the Guard is ready to operate in all conditions. Training will continue through Thursday, ending at about 9:15 each night.
