Hundreds of balloons filled the sky in East Wichita Monday night as friends and family gathered to remember a 13 year old boy who was shot and killed on Halloween. This was in memory of Donald Williams, who died after police say someone shot into a crowd at the QuickTrip at Central & Oliver Halloween night.
