A man who was shot and killed in front of a Lancaster County police station early Sunday morning has been identified. Andrew Ward, 39, Elizabethtown, was killed at approximately 1:43 a.m. after he showed up outside the Northwest Regional Police Station at 8855 Elizabethtown Road, the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office said.
