AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – A “wedge” pattern sets up lasting through Election Day, as surface high pressure to our north provides a cool northeasterly breeze near the surface with southwesterly flow aloft around an upper-level high centered to our southeast. Moisture increases a bit as well, so there is a chance for light rain or drizzle at times today and Tuesday. Highs will be in the 70s for most locations. Lows tonight will be in the low to mid 60s.
