DALLAS – All southbound lanes of Interstate 345 were closed Tuesday morning as an 18-wheeler was hanging from a bridge, officials said. Dallas County Sheriff’s deputies responded to an accident around 11:30 p.m. in the southbound lanes of I-345 and I-45 near Live Oak Street, according to a social media post from the Sheriff’s office.
