LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – Adoption fees for dogs five months or older have been reduced to 50% until Sunday at the Pieloch Pet Adoption Center. The Capital Humane Society said that both of their facilities are caring for more dogs than what they can care for right now and want to give the community a chance to give them a new home.
