San Bernardino police are investigating the death of a man who was bitten by dogs and possibly stabbed in the homeless encampment where he lived. Paramedics and police officers were called to Perris Hill Park, 1135 E Highland Ave., around 5:20 pm Sunday, Nov. 3. The injured man was taken to a hospital, where he died.
