City of St. Cloud has named Scott Davidoff as Deputy City Manager, effective immediately. “We are excited to have Scott join our team,” said City Manager Veronica Miller. “His experience will help us as we continue to meet the needs of our growing city, and I’m confident he will help us continue to meet our mission of providing work to provide efficient, quality public services, a transparent government, and a safe community.
