CAPE CORAL, Fla. – Cape Coral is planning changes to the Bimini Basin area, which could affect boaters. The city is seeking to limit how long boats can anchor in the basin to help manage the area during its redevelopment. The proposed rule would cap boat anchoring at 45 days per six months.
