BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. (WCIV) – The woman accused in the death of a Berkeley County detention deputy appeared in court for a bond hearing Tuesday morning. Jessica Goodwin was arrested in connection to a fatal hit-and-run Monday morning on Old Gilliard Road that officials say killed Sergeant Devon Lindsay.
