Mobile PD: Man accused of attempting to use someone else’s credit cards

MOBILE, Ala. ( WKRG ) — A Mobile man is behind bars after he allegedly tried to use debit cards that did not belong to him, according to police.

The Mobile Police Department said in a news release that a 60-year-old Mobile man was arrested after officers responded to the 1900 block of St. Stephens Road for a report of an individual attempting to use debit cards not belonging to him.

INCIDENT LOCATION:

Officers said they found the man, who had allegedly attempted to use the cards at an ATM, was also in possession of U.S. Postal mail not addressed to him.

He was taken into custody and charged with two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, according to jail records.
