Tragedy struck early this morning in Barrio Logan, where a serious car accident resulted in catastrophic injuries for two passengers, according to the San Diego Police Department’s Watch Commander, Officer S. Foster. The SDPD reported that a 63-year-old man while driving a 2023 Jaguar XF, veered off the road due to fatigue and collided with a traffic control pole on the 3500 block of Harbor Drive. San Diego Police Department’s official statement detailed that the impact caused his front-seat passenger to suffer a severed arm and described her condition as life-threatening.
