CHENEY, Wash. – One person was killed and one person is in critical condition following an early morning fire in Cheney on Tuesday. The Cheney Police Department (CPD) said on Facebook that detectives are investigating the circumstances of the fire with fire marshals and the Spokane County Medical Examiner’s Office.
