INDIAN RIVER COUNTY – Deputies are asking for the public’s help to find a man who they said was last seen on Saturday and apparently crashed his vehicle on Sunday. Detectives are combing the roads for any sign of Kevin P. Markey, who they said suffers from a mental health disorder.
