SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, Calif. – Election night is here for San Joaquin County. The Nov. 5 election will decide who becomes the next mayor of cities like Stockton and Tracy. The polls close at 8 p.m. and the unofficial results will start coming in not long afterward. After the first wave, results will be reported every two hours until all poll ballots have been reported.
