After thousands of Brunswick County voters cast their ballots on Nov. 5, county commissioner incumbents are keeping their seats.
Over 93,500 Brunswick County residents voted early or by absentee ballot. Meanwhile, nearly 40,000 county voters checked into the polls on Tuesday.
Voters chose to keep current Commissioners Pat Sykes, Mike Forte and Frank Williams in their respective districts for another four years.
Tuesday’s results are considered unofficial until Brunswick County Board of Elections has its canvass, which is set for 11 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 15.
